Halloween is here, and with great weather in the forecast and no debating about which night to go out, I'm expecting a bumper crop of trick-or-treaters this year. If you want to get an early start and stay indoors, some Utah malls offer indoor trick-or-treating this afternoon and evening. Participating malls include the South Towne Center, Valley Fair Mall, Layton Hills Mall, Provo Towne Center and Tanger Outlets.
