Happy 4th of July, Salt Lake City! SLC will celebrate Independence Day in a big way this year pancake breakfasts, parades, fireworks, sports events, rodeos, concerts and more.
Unfortunately, Mother Nature has provided us with too much fire and smoke this season, and some Utah communities have had to cancel holiday fireworks displays, especially in Summit County. Salt Lake County public displays will still go on. Private fireworks are restricted in many municipalities and banned in all unincorporated areas.
