Fans of the arts in Salt Lake City will have a unique opportunity to get to know the six resident performing arts organizations of the Rose Wagner Performing Arts Center Labor Day Weekend. "The Rose Exposed," an all-day and all-evening event Saturday, September 1, will include workshops and presentations by the Gina Bachauer International Piano Foundation, Plan-B Theatre Company, Pygmalion Theatre Company, Repertory Dance Theatre, Ririe-Woodbury Dance Company, and SB Dance. There will also be representation from Spy Hop, one of the Rose Wagner's frequent renters.
The Rose Wagner Performing Arts Center is located at 138 W. Broadway (300 S.) in Salt Lake City. More than 50 artists, performers, and teachers are involved in this celebration of the performing arts.
Free classes, activities, and performances suitable for all ages will be presented from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. At 7 and 9 p.m., audiences can sample the upcoming seasons of the six companies in The Rose Exposed Variety Show for $10.
