Salt Lake City's downtown holiday lights are one of the city's most beloved traditions, and this year there's more to see than ever with the addition of City Creek Center, new fountain shows at the Gateway, and a free Jingle Trolley to help you get around downtown. The lights will start to come on tonight when Santa arrives on the roof of the City Creek Center, and Saturday night when the Gateway holds its annual tree lighting ceremony. If you're in the south valley or Utah County, the brand new Outlets at Traverse Mountain shopping center opens tomorrow, with a tree lighting ceremony and free concert.
