Just how much fun is it to ride in a one-horse open sleigh? If you want to find out, there are plenty of outfitters in the Salt Lake area that offer old-fashioned horse-drawn sleigh rides for groups of all sizes. A winter sleigh ride can be a romantic experience for couples or a fun family adventure. There are lots of options to choose from, but one of my recommendations would be booking a tour around the Homestead Resort through Rocky Mountain Outfitters, possibly combined with dinner and an overnight stay. A horse-drawn sleigh ride is a memorable outing, especially on a starry night. Call ahead for reservations, and check to make sure there's enough snow.
