Saffron Valley Indian Street Foods has been bringing exotic flavors to South Jordan for a couple of years now, and they've got a good thing going. The restaurant specializes in casual Indian fare such as dosas, chaat and wraps, but they also offer curries and tandoori dishes. The restaurant is owned by Lavanya Mahate, who also runs a company called East India Pantry, selling spice blends and other specialty ingredients. She also teaches cooking classes and publishes a recipe blog for Indian home cooking.
