Spring is just around the corner, and I know my runner friends are dreaming of the day when they can get back to training outdoors in good weather. One of Utah's most popular spring running events is the Thanksgiving Point Half Marathon, 5K and Fun Run, coming up April 27, 2013. The half marathon passes through Thanksgiving Point's spectacular gardens during the annual Tulip Festival, with thousands of colorful tulips in bloom along the route. It's a good idea to sign up now, because fees will increase on Friday, March 1.
