The Brigham Young University Cougars ended the 2009 season with a decisive win over Oregon State in the Maaco Las Vegas Bowl Dec. 22, in unusually windy and chilly conditions. BYU quarterback Max Hall ended his senior season winning Most Valuable Player honors for the game.
